I've lost the game progress

Hello, we are sorry you experienced this problem.
Please provide us with the following information:
- the reason you've lost your game - did the game crash, did you delete the game and it wasn't restored when you reinstalled it or did you change your device?
- your game ID (both old and new). You can find your ID in the upper right corner of the loading screen or in the game settings menu;
- if you didn't save your old ID we'll need a transaction code and a date of any purchase.
