I've encountered a technical issue in the game.

Important! Do not reinstall the game until you are asked to do so by our support service, there is a risk of losing progress in this case.

If you encountered problems in the game please follow the instruction:
- restart your device and launch the game;
- check our social communities and the "News and Updates" section of the knowledge base. It's possible that we had a malfunction in the game, and we notified our players in a community post;
- check if update for the game is available at Google Play or AppStore;
- check if your device meets the minimum system requirements of the game.

If you don't see any information in our communities, please submit a request and send us the following information:
- detailed problem description and a screenshot if possible;
- what led to the problem (reboot, reinstall, old progress transfer, game update or some activities in the game)?
- when did you encounter this error for the first time;
- a screenshot of the error message, if such popped up in the game.
