I lost progress in the game, what should i do?

Please try to connect the new game to the same Facebook account as your old game and your previous progress will be restored in the new game. You can connect your game to Facebook if you tap the gear icon in the upper right corner of the game screen and then tap "Connect to Facebook" or in the main menu under the Play button.

If it wasn't connected to Facebook or reconnecting didn't help, please submit a request and provide us with the following information:
- the reason you've lost your game - did the game crash, did you delete the game and it wasn't restored when you reinstalled it or did you change your device?
- the models of both old and new devices;
- if you made a purchases in game please attach a transaction code and a date of any purchase too.
