How can I reset my game progress?

You can reset your game progress by the following means:

1) Go to the Settings menu, open your applications list. Find Rescue Sparkle and tap Storage menu there. In the storage choose "Clear Storage". After these actions your game progress will be reset, all the purchases and previous achievements will be lost. This method is only available for the Android devices.

2) Delete the game, then restart your device. Reinstall the game again from the store and the progress will be reset. This method is available both on Android and iOS devices.

If your previous game was connected to your Facebook account please follow the instructions:
- delete the game, then restart your device and reinstall the game again from the store;
- play one or more levels of the game;
- connect to your Facebook account;
- you will receive a pop-up message asking you to choose one of the saved games - old or new;
- choose the new one and enjoy the game.

Important! If you decide to reset your game progress to start from the beginning, please note that the support service won't be able to restore your purchases and achievements in the new game.
