Bonus link doesn't work

Please restart the game and look for the items in your Inventory. Usually you have to wait for a minute or so to receive the bonus by link or you can gather few orders or cut few trees to speed up the process.
Also please try to use the link in Google Chrome, the links should work fine there.
If this doesn't help please submit a request and add the following information:
- the link you tried to use;
- your User-Login.
