What if a Magic Word I entered doesn't work?

Magic Word may not work due to the following reasons:
1) You are trying to enter your personal Invitation Code. This won't give you any bonuses. Your personal Invitation Code just identifies your game. We issue the Magic Words in the posts in our communities.
2) Magic Word is expired. Please check the expiration date in the post with the Magic Word you're trying to use.
3) There are some typos in the Magic Word. The Words need to be entered exactly as presented in the post.

If none of the reasons above are your case please submit a request and send us the following information:
- the Magic Word you try to use;
- was there any kind of an error message or any other problem in the game before or after you've typed in the Magic Word?

If you don't submit a request from within the game please add the following information (otherwise we receive it automatically):
- the model of your device;
- the version of the game;
- your Invitation Code. To find your Invitation Code tap the handshake icon in the bottom right corner of the game screen and look for two words starting with VENI.
