How can I reset my game progress?

If you are playing the mobile version of the game, you can reset game progress in the following ways:

1) Go to the Settings menu, open your applications list. Find Fairy Kingdom and tap Storage menu there. In the storage choose "Clear Storage" and/or "Clear Cache". After these actions your game progress will be reset and all the purchases and achievements will be lost and you will have new Invitation Code. This method is only available for the Android and Amazon devices.

2) Delete the game, restart your device and then reinstall the game. This method is available on all devices, including iOS devices.

If your games was connected to the Facebook and after the reinstall you will connect your new game to the same Facebook account, then you will be suggested to choose one of the profiles - new and old. Choose new profile and start the game from the beginning.
In case if you have the iOS device, your old game's progress can be automatically restored through the GameCenter, that's why we recommend to avoid login in GameCenter.

You can start the Facebook version of the game from the beginning only if you play in another Facebook account, as the game progress is linked to your account and cannot be reset.
