I've lost the game progress

If your old game was connected to your Facebook account, please try to connect the new game to the same account and you will have an option to restart the game from the beginning or continue from the level you had in your old game. If it wasn't connected to Facebook or reconnecting didn't help, then submit a request and provide us with the following information:
- the reason you've lost your game - did the game crash, did you delete the game and it wasn't restored when you reinstalled it or did you change your device?
- the models of both old and new devices;
- your Invitation Codes (both old and new). To find your Invitation Code tap the handshake icon in the bottom right corner of the game screen and look for two words starting with VENI.
- if you didn't save your old Invitation code we'll need a transaction code and a date of any purchase or the date and name in the last tournament.
