If the items don't appear please submit a request and provide us with the following information:
- the transaction id of the purchase;
- the list of items you didn't receive;
- was there any kind or error message or any other problem in the game when you made the purchase?
If you don't submit a request from within the game please add the following information (otherwise we receive it automatically):
- the model of your device;
- the version of the game.
