If you were charged twice for one purchase you can choose one of the following options:
1) Contact the store you used to download the game (Google Play Store or iOS AppStore) and ask for refund of the sum that was charged excessively.
2) Submit a request and provide us with the information regarding the purchase and we'll send you a second pack of the purchased items:
- the transaction id of the purchase;
- the list of items you didn't receive;
- was there any kind or error message or any other problem in the game when you made the purchase?
If you don't submit a request from within the game please add the following information (otherwise we receive it automatically):
- the model of your device;
- the version of the game.
