Why didn't my friend's referral promocode work?

A promocode may not work due to the following reasons:
1) Your friend has already activated someone else's promocode.
2) Your friend has not reached 5th level yet.
3) There are some typos in the promocode.

If none of the reasons above are your case please submit a request and send us the following information:
- the promocode you shared with your friend;
- your friend's user ID.

If you don't submit a request from within the game please add the following information (otherwise we receive it automatically):
- the model of your device;
- OS version;
- user ID (to find it, go to the Settings menu in the game and look for the digits at the very bottom of the page, after the game version).
