If you appear to have lost an item or multiple items in the game, make sure to double check your "Arsenal". If the item is still lost, then submit a request and provide us with the following information:
- was there any kind of an error message or any other problem in the game before or after the items disappeared?
- if you've lost coins or chips, please specify the exact number of lost currency;
- did you lose coins/chips due to match disconnect, or did you lose coins from your inventory?
If you don't submit a request from within the game please add the following information (otherwise we receive it automatically):
- the model of your device;
- OS version;
- user ID (to find it, go to the Settings menu in the game and look for the digits at the very bottom of the page, after the game version).
