If your old game was connected to your Facebook account, please try to connect the new game to the same account and you will have your old game restored. If it wasn't connected to Facebook and you played as a guest, then submit a request and provide us with the following information:
- the reason you've lost your progress - did the game crash, did you delete the game and it wasn't restored when you reinstalled it or did you change your device?
- the models of both old and new devices;
- user ID both old and new (to find it go to the Settings menu in the game and look for the digits at the very bottom of the page, after the game version);
- if you didn't save your old user ID we'll need a transaction code and a date of any purchase.
