What if a Secret Word I entered doesn't work?

A Secret Word may not work due to the following reasons:
1) You are trying to enter your personal Secret Words. This won't give you any bonuses. Your personal Secret Words just identify your game.
2) You are using other player's Secret Words and somebody have already used those Secret Words before you. Unlike Secret Words we post in our social community, which can be used by multiple players, other player's Secret Words are one time use only.
3) Secret Word is expired. Please check the expiration date in the post with the Secret Word you're trying to use.
4) There are some typos in the Secret Word. The Words need to be entered exactly as presented in the post or other player's screenshot.

If none of the reasons above are your case, please submit a request and send us the following information:
- the Secret Word you try to use;
- was there any kind of an error message or any other problem in the game before or after you've typed in the Secret Word?

If you don't submit a request from within the game please add the following information (otherwise we receive it automatically):
- the model of your device;
- the version of the game;
- your personal Secret Words. To find your Secret Words, go to the game and open the social menu (icon with two people on it, at the bottom right), then pick the "Secret Words" option.
