What can I do if I was charged two times for one purchase?

If you were charged twice for one purchase you can choose one of the following options:
1)
Contact the store you used to download the game (Google Play Store, iOS AppStore or Amazon Game Store) and ask for refund of the sum that was charged excessively.
2)
Submit a request and provide us with the information regarding the purchase and we'll send you a second pack of the purchased items:
- the transaction id of the purchase;
- the list of items you didn't receive;
- was there any kind or error message or any other problem in the game when you made the purchase?
If you don't submit a request from within the game please add the following information (otherwise we receive it automatically):
- the model of your device;
- the version of the game;
- your Secret Words. To find your Secret Words, go to the game and open the social menu (icon with two people on it, at the bottom right), then pick the "Secret Words" option.
