What should I do if the game doesn't load or freeze?

Important! Do not reinstall the game until you are asked to do so by our support service, there is a risk of loosing progress in this case.

You can experience the problems with the game's performance if there is not enough RAM in your device. The recommended capacity is 2GB. The game can be played on the devices with 1GB of RAM, but in this case you have to close all the background apps you have before you open the game.

In any other case please follow the instruction:

Make sure that you have a good internet connection and reenter the game.

Restart your device.
c)
If none of the above worked, check our Facebook community. It's possible that we had a malfunction in the game, of which we notified our players in a community post.
d)
If you don't see any information in our community, please submit a request and send us the following information:
- your Invitation Code (mobile version) or User-Login (Facebook version);
- model of your device and version of the game (mobile version) or browser (Facebook version);
- problem description;
- a screenshot of the error message, if such popped up in the game.
