In order to get the Valour Plates you need to complete the "Ancient Magic Mysteries 7/11" quest - you need to gather 10 collections "Treasures of Finders" (click the icon with open chest in the lower right corner of the game screen - it will open the Collections menu), open each treasure in the Storage and you will get Valour Plates. Please make sure that you have the said quest, because you won't receive the plates from the collections if the quest is not active.
