If your old game was connected to your Facebook account, please try to connect the new game to the same account and you will have an option to restart the game from the beginning or continue from the level you had in your old game. If it wasn't connected to Facebook or reconnecting didn't help, then submit a request and provide us with the following information:
- the reason you've lost your game. Did the game crash, did you delete the game and it wasn't restored when you reinstalled it, or did you change your device?
- the models of both old and new devices;
- your Secret Words (both old and new). To find your Secret Words, go to the game and open the social menu (icon with two people on it, at the bottom right), then pick the "Secret Words" option;
- if you didn't save your old Secret Words we'll need a transaction code and a date of any purchase.
I lost progress in the game, what should I do?
