If you are encountering the problems with the game's performance please check the following first:
1) Make sure is that your device's specifications are high enough to support the game. If your device's RAM is below 1GB, unfortunately, it's below our minimum requirements and our game doesn't support your device.
2) If your device's RAM is 1GB or higher, make sure your device is not overloaded with apps running in the background. Turning the apps that you aren't using off, or even restarting your device should help.
3) If that still doesn't help, then submit a request and provide us with the following information:
- detailed description of the problems you've encountered;
- a screenshot of the issue if possible.
If you don't submit a request from within the game please add the following information (otherwise we receive it automatically):
- the model of your device;
- the version of the game;
- your Secret Words. To find your Secret Words, go to the game and open the social menu (icon with two people on it, at the bottom right), then pick the "Secret Words" option.
