What should I do if I lost an item?

If you appear to have lost an item or multiple items in the game, make sure to double check your storage. If you scrolled through the entire list of items and the ones you've lost aren't there, be sure to submit a request and to provide us with the following information:
- how many items did you lose exactly?
- was there any kind of an error message or any other problem in the game before or after the items disappeared?
If you don't submit a request from within the game please add the following information (otherwise we receive it automatically):
- the model of your device;
- the version of the game;
- your Secret Words. To find your Secret Words, go to the game and open the social menu (icon with two people on it, at the bottom right), then pick the "Secret Words" option.
