I updated my Gold or Silver card, but didn't get it in the game

Please submit a request provide us with the following information, so we could sort everything out:
- a screenshot of your profile (profile tab is in the upper right corner of the page in the Main Lobby).
If you don't submit a request from within the game please add the following information (otherwise we receive it automatically):
- the model of your device;
- OS version;
- user ID (to find it, go to the Settings menu in the game and look for the digits at the very bottom of the page, after the game version).
We'll check the purchase and get back to you asap.
