I made a purchase, but didn't get it in the game

Please submit a request and send us the following information:
- transaction ID. You can find it in the E-receipt from the store (Google Play Store / iOS AppStore). It was sent to your email address.
If you don't submit a request from within the game please add the following information (otherwise we receive it automatically):
- the model of your device;
- OS version;
- user ID (to find it, go to the Settings menu in the game and look for the digits at the very bottom of the page, after the game version).
We'll check the information and get back to you asap.
