What should I do if the game freezes?

Please submit a request and provide us with the following information, so we could sort everything out:
- user ID (to find it, go to the Settings menu in the game and look for the digits at the very bottom of the page, after the game version);
- device model;
- OS version;
- when does the game freeze?
- does the menu stay active when the game freezes?
- how often do you get this lag in the game?
After we receive the info, we'll check it and get back to you asap.
