Please follow these steps to sort it out:
- delete the game from your device;
- restart your device;
- install the app back;
- connect your game to the same Facebook account your old game was connected to in order to restore your progress.
If it still doesn't work, please submit a request and provide us with the following information:
- screenshot when the game stops loading;
- user ID in the game, so we could check your profile and spot an issue (to find it, go to the Settings in the game and look for the digits at the very bottom of the page).
