What should I do if the game doesn't load?

Please submit a request and provide us with the following information, so we could sort everything out:
- user ID (to find it go to the Settings menu in the game and look for the digits at the very bottom of the page, after the game version);
- device model;
- OS version;
- a screenshot when the game stops loading;
- does it work on mobile data?
After we receive the info, we'll check it and get back to you asap.
